Service Description
A full 60 minute therapeutic massage session using slow, gliding strokes with pressure customized to your preference — gentle for deep relaxation and nervous system support, firm for muscle tension and general soreness, or deep tissue for chronic pain and restricted movement. I work with the whole body or focus on specific areas depending on your needs, enhancing circulation, relieving stress, easing muscular pain, and removing metabolic buildup for a sense of deep physical and mental restoration.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please reach out 24 hours prior to the time of service. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours are subject to a full charge and rescheduled appointments within 24 hours are subject to a partial charge.
