This therapeutic style of treatment provides slow gliding strokes with deep pressure to reduce muscular pain, connective tissue adhesion known as "knots", eliminate toxins, and promotes tissue regeneration and recovery.
SPORTS PAIN RELIEF
This focus style of bodywork is pain relief for specific muscle groups. It improves muscle and nerve function whether from overuse or surgery. Consistent pressure on a pressure point relieves acute and chronic adhesion's known as trigger points or "knots". Thus improving performance by enhancing range of motion, flexibility, and aids in injury prevention and recovery.
Chair massage is a seated and clothed service that focuses on relieving the upper body such as scalp, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands. This treatment is great for those who work on a computer or work with their hands. Perfect for quick relief during the work day.
